WickFest Calgary 2026 - Registration Full!

It's official, we are full for both the U11 Bronze and U13 Bronze teams! We received interest from over 25 families, which was wonderful, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate everyone. Thank you for all the interest and patience regarding this opportunity.

WickFest Calgary 2026 - Registration Open For EK and WK Players!

We're excited to be sending two female teams to WickFest Calgary, November 5-8, 2026.

We currently have a limited number of roster spots available and would like to open the opportunity to female players from other associations across the East and West Kootenays. We are aiming for teams of 12-13 players plus goalies. We already have goalies for each team.

We are attending in the following divisions:

U11 Bronze - 2-4 open player positions
U13 Bronze - 3-5 open player positions

As most of you already know, WickFest is a great opportunity for female players to get additional ice time, experience a female-focused tournament, and connect and compete with players from across Western Canada.

If you have players who may be interested, please feel free to share this opportunity with your families and have them contact me directly at femaledevelopment@crestonvalleyminorhockey.com

Reaching out does not guarantee a roster spot, as we need to consider remaining space and team composition. Once I hear from an interested family, I will confirm availability and share the next steps for registration. Registration costs $100 (plus applicable fees and taxes through our RAMP app), with an additional $50-$75 possible depending on fundraising success (fingers crossed).

We would love to have a few more Kootenay players join us and represent our region at Wick Fest!

WickFest Calgary 2026 - Registration Open For CVMHA Players!

We're excited to be sending two female teams to WickFest Calgary, November 5-8, 2026:

U11 Bronze
U13 Bronze

This is a great opportunity for our female players to get extra ice time, gain tournament experience, and compete together at a female-focused hockey event.

CVMHA player registration is now open to U11 and U13 players, as well as second-year U9 players.

$100 non-refundable payment to secure your spot
CVMHA registration deadline: September 10
Maximum 13 players + 1 goalie per team
Space is limited

At the registration page, select your player and division, then the WickFest option will appear for you to choose.

CVMHA players have priority registration until September 10. Any remaining roster spots after this date will be opened to female players from other associations across the East and West Kootenay region.
