Currently, the structure of our female program is as follows. Please note the days and times offered may change in the Fall and Winter sets.

- We offer two exciting sets - Fall and Winter! Each set promises at least 8 ice sessions.
- There are two separate groups: one for U7/U9 players and another for U11/U13/U15/U18 players. The main difference is that the first session concentrates on cross-ice and half-ice gameplay, making it an excellent opportunity to develop skills, while the latter session provides full-ice play for a more comprehensive experience.
- One of our goals is to help players connect with peers their own age. However, with sufficient coach support, we can organize on-ice groups centered on specific skills, grouping players based on their current abilities for targeted drills.
- Each ice session is structured to enhance skill development, beginning with a warm-up, then 2-3 drills, and concluding with a fun scrimmage or game.
- We also love supporting goalie development! If players are interested in trying out or practicing as goalies, we can collaborate with CVMHA to provide equipment whenever possible.
- We host optional "themed" days for certain ice times - including Halloween, winter holidays, Valentine's Day, and St. Patrick's Day.
- Please note, for both groups to run smoothly, we need at least 6 registered players. If not, the set will not proceed for the group and we will consider other arrangements for participation.
- Players must have full equipment and hockey skates.
